Magic: The Gathering - Regional Championship Qualifier - Modern

This is your chance to play in a Regional Championship Qualifier and earn an invite to the 13th ANZ Magic Super Series Regional Championship held on 6 - 8 Nov 2026 in Sydney. 

Players are expected to understand the competitive rules and etiquette of Magic: the Gathering. 

• Entry is $25 Online, or $30 if purchased under 48 hours before the event - Limited to 32 people
• Doors open at 10:00am for a 10:30am start
• Format: Modern Constructed - 50 minute rounds, and a top cut as required
• Rules Enforcement Level: Competitive
• There will be a Judge in attendance
• Deck lists are required.
  • If you have not pre-purchased a ticket 10 hours prior to the event, you are responsible to arrange and supply the deck-list yourself, we will not be able to print these for you.
  • If you have pre-purchased a ticket 10 hours prior to the event, we will send you details on how to arrange for us to print it for you.

Each player will bring a Modern Legal deck and play multiple rounds with a Swiss system pairing, followed by a top cut

Prizes:

• First 3 rounds earn a pack per match win from the most recent in-stock set (no draws). 
• Top 2: Foil Sowing Mycospawn
  • Plus an invite to the Regional Championships.
• Top 8: Non-Foil Sowing Mycospawn Promo Card
• Participants: Ancient Stirrings Promo Card

It is a requirement of the event, prizes and promos that you have registered with and use the Magic Companion App.
