FAQ

Some common questions and answers:

  • Why are your opening hours so limited? The store owner has two jobs, one during standard business hours, and the other which is Behold Games. We're hoping to eventually extend our hours however our current hours can be viewed here.

  • Is an item in stock? If the website lists stock then it is in stock. We list an inventory count on each product page so you can check this yourself. 

  • An item I wanted has disappeared from the site! Products that are out of stock auto-hide from the site. Feel free to get in touch to find out when it is expected back in.

  • Do you sell Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or Flesh and Blood?  No. We have no plans to change this.

  • Will you price match? No.

  • Do you offer AfterPay? No, unfortunately their fees are extremely high and we would need to increase our prices to support it. However PayPal and ShopPay both now offer a similar pay-in-4 option. 

  • Do you ship overseas? Due to taxes and tariffs we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. 

  • I am in New Zealand, and I'd like to order something not in your list of products to ship to my country. Contact me with the items you're after and I'll let you know what the shipping will cost.

  • Are you hiring? Behold Games is not currently hiring. Unless we are actively hiring we do not keep any unsolicited resumes and most are deleted unopened.
