Shipping Options

We offer the following convenient delivery and collection options:

  • Free Click & Collect (Ultimo, NSW)
  • Domestic Shipping via Australia Post (Australia-wide)
  • New Zealand Shipping (selected items only) via Australia Post

How It Works

  1. Select click & collect at checkout
  2. Allow up to 24 hours for order preparation
  3. We'll notify you when your order is ready (check your junk mail if you don't hear from us)
  4. Collect during store open hours

Collection Policy

Orders must be collected within 50 days or they will be cancelled and refunded. If you need more time, please contact us to arrange an extension.

Domestic Shipping

Coverage

We ship Australia-wide using weight-based shipping rates through Australia Post.

Delivery Options

We deliver to all Australia Post services including:

  • Standard addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Collect locations
  • Parcel Lockers

New Zealand Shipping

Availability

We ship selected products to New Zealand (up to 2kg total volumetric weight). 

Important Notes

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes
  • Weight limit: 2kg total volumetric weight per order

Processing & Tracking

Processing Times

  • Most orders: Processed and dispatched within 1 business day
  • Orders after 9:00 PM Thursday: Dispatched the following Monday
  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing to account for any unforeseen circumstances

You'll receive Australia Post tracking details once your order ships. Delivery times depend on Australia Post's service schedules - check their website for location-specific estimates.
