Refund policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Order Refunds & Cancellation Requests

We do not offer refunds or cancellations due to changes of mind.

We may will provide discretionary good-will refund for non-collected or non-shipped items, and if we provide these they will be once per customer, and we reserve the right to deduct processing and handling fees from any refunds in this circumstance. 

Event Ticket Refunds & Cancellation Requests

You can cancel your attendance to a paid event and receive a full refund provided you notify us at least 24 hours prior to the commencement time of the event by replying to your order confirmation email.

If you notify us within the 24 hour period, a refund will be given at our discretion only.

Materials for use in events and/or promotional items for participating in events will not be provided to ticket holders who did not participate in the event, regardless of refund status. 

Consumer Warranty

You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
